Sugawara offers fee-based data measurement services wherein we obtain measurements using proprietary bearing inspection equipment, such as the Anderon Meter. For example, we can measure the Anderon value of a ball bearing used by your company to assist you in product development or quality control activities. After performing measurements with the sample provided by your company, we will return the sample with the report of measurement results.
Please provide the model number or size of the bearing to be tested, the number of samples, and the desired test report format. Based on this information, we will determine the dedicated jig and measurement time required and provide a quotation.
The service fee is based on the time required for measurement, including jig fabrication expense, if applicable (in most cases, the total fee is around ¥100,000).
Please contact our sales office (Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya) by phone, fax, or e-mail. Our sales engineer will visit your company to discuss specifics.
