Torque Sensing Pusher ATP-1MN
The pusher-type torque sensor is mounted on an Anderon meter drive unit.

This equipment inspects the quality of completed bearings. Rotating the inner ring at constant speed, the equipment measures the reactive torque of the stationary outer ring in the rotating direction using a Torque Sensing Pusher (pusher-type torque sensor). The detected torque is displayed digitally in real-time, allowing prompt rejection of bearings with defective torque values.

Main Components

Torque Indication Unit Digitally displays the torque detected by the Torque Sensing Pusher.
Spindle Drive Unit This section rotates the inner ring of a bearing.
The inner ring of a bearing is mounted to the arbor on the spindle, which rotates the inner ring at a speed of 1800 r/min.
Torque Sensing Pusher The shape of this Torque Sensing Pusher makes it interchangeable with the Pusher used in our Anderon Meter. It detects the reactive force in the rotating direction of the outer ring generated when the inner ring is rotated by the Spindle, while preload force is applied to the outer ring along the axial direction by the Torque Sensing Pusher.
