Bearing Torque Tester
Torque Detection Part

It detects the torque of the outer ring of the bearing when axial force is applied to the inner ring, which is rotated at ultra-high speed.
It can measure the bearing at wide speed range from 0.5 to 100, 000 r/min. Since the temperature can be adjusted within a range of -40 to 100°C, rotational torque can be measured under various conditions.
The measured values are displayed in real-time on the screen and can also be output as analog voltage signals.

Main features

  • Max. Pushing force: 40 Nm, Max. Torque: 10 mNm
  • Bearing size from inner diameter 2 mm to outer diameter 35 mm
  • The continuous control of rotation speed and load values is possible with sequence commands.
