At that time, please provide details of the malfunction, the model name and the serial number of the product.
Our repair period is as follows.
No. 1 Group
Electronics Devices (Analyzers, Controllers, Stroboscopes, etc.)
Seven years after end of sales
No. 2. Group
Mechatronics Devices (Dynamometers, Anderon Meter Drive Units, Pusher, etc.)
Fifteen years after end of sales
However, repairs may be declined if maintenance or replacement parts are not available.
Please note that replacement parts used in repairs are covered by a 6-month warranty.

As with repair, please contact us through our distributors or via the “Inquiry for repair and calibration” page on our website.
At that time, please provide details of the malfunction, the model name and the serial number of the product.
We also offer on-site calibration services.
For inspection and calibration, we will continue to support products even after the end of the repair period, as long as service is still possible.
