Anderon Analyzer ADA-105

Anderon Analyzer ADA-105
Real-time Spectrum and Waveform Display of Bearing Vibration through High-speed Digital Processing

The Anderon Analyzer ADA-105 is equipment for analyzing detected bearing vibration. It can display measurement results in both Anderon values and spectra for each vibration frequency band, which simplifies and speeds up analysis of bearing defects.
Bearing vibration quality can be standardized on the basis of raw waveforms using a vibration-sound recording and playback function. Additionally, by inputting bearing specifications, bearing vibration can be analyzed in terms of inner ring, outer ring, balls, and other components.

ADA-105 - Main Features

  • Real-time updating and display of the Anderon spectrum for each bearing rotation, a feature not provided by general-purpose FFT analyzers.
  • Display of frequency and measurement values at any point in a spectrum by cursor pointing.
  • Measurement units: Anderon, μinch/rad, μinch/sec, μinch, μm/rad, μm/sec, μm, nm/rad, nm/sec, nm, cm/s^2, mG
  • Seven measurement frequency bands: U, R, L, M, H, E, A bands (standard). These can also be configured independently.
  • U band: 0.17 - 0.67 wave (5 - 20 Hz)
     R band: 0.67 - 1.67 wave (20 - 50 Hz)
     L band: 1.67 - 10.0 wave (50 - 300 Hz)
     M band: 10.0 - 60.0 wave (300 - 1800 Hz)
     H band: 60.0 - 360 wave (1800 - 10800 Hz)
     E band: 1.67 - 360 wave (50 - 10800 Hz)
     A band: 10.0 - 360 wave (300 - 10800 Hz)
(Values between brackets are when a spindle RPM is 1800 r/min (= 30 Hz).)

  • 30-second recording and playback of bearing vibration sound. Bearing quality can be managed on the basis of raw vibration waveforms.
  • Recorded sound data, measurement data, measurement conditions, and screen shots can be saved to USB memory.
  • Threshold values have been set for 7 bands and "crest factor + frequency", enabling pass/fail judgements.
  • Up to 1000 sets of measurement conditions can be saved and searched using a list.
  • Measured vibration can be analyzed in terms of inner ring, outer ring, balls, and other components by inputting bearing specifications (ball P.C.D, ball diameter, number of balls, and contact angle).
