Configuration of Anderon Meters and Waviness Meters

When measuring bearings, calibrating the measurement device itself is important to ensure its reliability.
The Calibrator for bearing testers calibrates the Analyzers and Sensors of the Anderon Meters and the Waviness Meters.

Configuration of the Anderon Meters and the Waviness Meters, and their measurement principle is as follows.

Drive Unit: ADM/LWM/BWM-∗
Rotates the complete bearing, the inner/outer ring, or the steel ball to be measured,
and outputs rotation pulse signals to the Analyzer.
Sensor: ADS/LWS/BWS-∗
Detects vibrations of the bearing, the ring, or the ball,
and outputs voltage signals to the Analyzer.
Analyzer: ADA/SWA/LWA/BWA-∗
Processes the rotation pulse signals from the Drive Unit and the voltage signals from the Sensor,
 and displays the measurement result.

The Anderon Calibrator ADC-101 calibrates the Analyzer by outputting to the Analyzer the pulse signals corresponding to rotation speed and the voltage signals corresponding to Anderon/Waviness vibrations.

The Anderon Vibration Generator ADC-105 & VVU-105 calibrate the Analyzer and the Sensor at the same time by outputting to the Analyzer the pulse signals corresponding to rotation speed and by generating the actual Anderon/Waviness vibrations to be detected by the Sensor.
